Want to know the real secret behind cracking the online code?
The kind that takes you from a curious teen with a free blog to advising international companies?
It’s not about fancy tools or instant success. It’s about grit, a willingness to fail spectacularly, and a journey that started for me at 13, armed with nothing but passion.
Iâm Shuvadip Mondal, and Iâm about to share the unfiltered truth
Here is just a example website of one month old. i am managing it for my client and the result is insane. 232k impression and 11k click from only google search + direct traffic referral traffic is also there. i have multiple client and multiple websites like this.
What if I told you I can glance at a website and, almost like an AI, instantly see its blueprint for success or failure?
It sounds like a superpower, but it was forged in years of trial, countless errors (29+ failed sites, to be exact!), and an obsession that began with a simple poetry blog at age 13. Iâm Shuvadip Mondal, and this is the story of how I turned digital disconnect into digital diagnosis
Now this is my own brand website. Even with just 7 simple blog posts, I achieved it. Although I havenât focused on it for the past 2 months, I’m still seeing results. This is called impact. SEO â Ranking Foot.
Hey, Iâm Shuvadip Mondal. Let me take you on a journey that started back when I was 13 years old. In 2013, I created my first free WordPress site.
It wasnât for a business or a brandâit was just me sharing my stories and poems.
At the time, I didnât know much about how websites worked, but I knew I loved writing and I wanted to share it with the world.
Does that feeling of wanting to create something, even without knowing where itâs going, sound familiar to you? Itâs how a lot of us startâpassion and curiosity before anything else.

JNV and the Disconnection
But life doesnât always follow the plan, does it? In my case, I was selected for JNV Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, a school that was far from the hustle of the digital world. It was a hostel, and tech was out of reach. No phones, no social media. The only internet access was for educational purposes- “our samsung smart lab” and even that was limited.
I went from a world of possibilities to a world of restriction. But somehow, that didnât kill my dream. It only made me more determined.
Have you ever been in a situation where you felt cut off from your dreams? Well, this is where I learned.

The Return: A New Beginning in 2020
In 2020, when I finally came back home and had unrestricted access to the internet again, I felt a rush of excitement. All the years Iâd spent without it had made me crave it even more.
I didnât waste a second. I jumped straight back into blogging. But this time, I did things differently.
I didnât just start with a free WordPress site again. No, I went further. I bought a cheap .xyz domain for $1, set up a Blogger site, and got to workâusing my phone. Thatâs right, I did everythingâcoding, customizing themesâon just a mobile device.
Hereâs the question: How many of us wait for the perfect setup before starting something? But what if we just went ahead and started anyway?
You see, thatâs what I did. No fancy tools. Just my phone, the internet, and a willingness to learn.

The Struggle: Learning, Failing, and Pushing Through
Letâs be honestâthings werenât smooth from the start. I failed. A lot.
Back then, there were no YouTube tutorials like today. It was just forums and articles. I spent hours reading, experimenting, failing, and starting over.
I began buying more domainsâ.in, .com, .orgâand experimenting with every niche I could think of: entertainment, news, health, tech, finance etc. I put in the hours, learned from my mistakes, and kept going.
But hereâs the kicker: even though I was getting millions of visitors, the money wasnât coming in. Why? Because the niches I pickedâmovies, entertainmentâwerenât the right ones for me.
Have you ever felt like youâre putting in all this work, but youâre not seeing the results you expected? I felt that. And thatâs when I knew I had to make a change.
Shifting Focus in 2021
In 2021, I made a tough decision.
I had to let go of the entertainment and movie niches. It wasnât easy, but it was necessary. I had to start over again, but this time, with a more focused approach.
I dived into the tech, finance, and business niches. These were areas that not only had an audience but were more aligned with what I wanted to achieve. And guess what? This time, the traffic wasnât just growingâit was converting into earnings.
Have you ever had to let go of something that wasnât working, even though youâd invested so much into it? Itâs a hard decision, but sometimes, itâs the best thing you can do.
Building My Brand: Helpingboy.in and The Personal Brand Journey
In 2022, I took another big leap. I wanted to build something bigger than just websitesâI wanted to build a personal brand. So, I bought my own domain: helpingboy.in.
I know what youâre probably thinking: âWhy a personal brand? Isnât it easier just to focus on the websites?â
And hereâs my answer: Your personal brand is the story people connect with. Itâs not just about the traffic or the moneyâitâs about building something meaningful that resonates with others like this, SHUVADIPMONDAL.COM
I also started YouTube in 2021. Why?
Because the results were there. The traffic was coming in, and it made sense to explore other platforms.
By 2022, I was getting traffic in the lakh range, and finally, the earnings were consistent. It wasnât just about the numbers anymore. It was about creating something sustainable.

The Real Turning Point: My Own Domain and Real Results
By 2023, I had my own personal website: shuvadipmondal.com. That was when everything clicked.
No more playing small. I had built my personal brand, worked with multiple international companies, and ranked websites internationally.
But, like I said before, it wasnât all smooth sailing. I worked with over 29+ websites, and many of them failed. But I didnât see them as failuresâI saw them as lessons. Some of them were my mistakes, and others just didnât work out, but each one of them shaped me into who I am today.
I also built a small teamâthree people who share the same passion and vision. Together, we now work with top-notch companies in the UK and India.
The AI Mindset: A New Level of Understanding

Now, let me tell you something that might blow your mind. By 2023, I reached a level where I could look at a website and instantly understand what worked and what didnât. I could see the SEO, the content strategy, the potential for rankingâit was like my mind became a machine. An AI-like understanding of websites.
I know, it sounds crazy. But when you spend years immersed in something, you start to see patterns that others might miss. Today, I can almost predict the success of a website just by looking at it.
What Iâve Learned: Persistence, Patience, and Belief

If youâve stuck with me this far, you might be wondering: âWhatâs the secret?â
Well, let me tell you. Itâs not about being the smartest or the most talentedâitâs about being relentless. Itâs about having the persistence to keep going when everyone else gives up.
Iâve learned that failure isnât something to fear. Itâs a teacher. The journey isnât linearâitâs messy, full of ups and downs. But thatâs what makes it worth it.
Iâm still learning. Iâm still growing. And if youâre reading this, I want you to know that you can do it too. Whatever your dream is, whatever your passion isâkeep going. Donât quit. Because if I can get here, so can you.

The Real Deal About Blogging, SEO, and Earning Online
Youâre here because you want to make something out of your blog, but things arenât going the way you hoped. Maybe your trafficâs low. Maybe youâre seeing no money. Maybe you feel like you’re spinning your wheels, and itâs getting frustrating.
Guess what? Youâre not alone. This journey? Itâs tough. I know. But if youâre willing to stick with it and be real about the work, youâll see it pay off. Letâs talk.
1. The Traffic Struggle: What the Hell Is Going Wrong?
Youâve written post after post, but when you look at your stats, itâs like you’re invisible. Whatâs happening?
Hereâs the truth: SEOâif youâre not doing this right, your blog is just⊠a really nice, empty space on the internet. Itâs not enough to write great posts. You need to make sure people can find them.
Hereâs how you fix that:
- Keyword research:
You need to know what people are searching for. Simple as that. Find keywords that match what youâre writing about. Donât just aim for the big, broad termsâthose are way too competitive. Find long-tail keywords (think âhow to start a blog in 2023â vs. âbloggingâ). Theyâre easier to rank for and bring in targeted traffic. - Write for your audience, not search engines:
Yeah, SEO is important, but donât stuff your post with keywords just for the sake of it. Write for people. Solve problems. Thatâs what gets clicks. Thatâs what gets you noticed. Donât overthink it.
SEO isnât magic. Itâs about building up value and slowly climbing that mountain. Youâre not going to rank overnight. But every post you do right, every keyword you nail, gets you closer.
2. SEO Overload: Whyâs It So Complicated?
I get it. SEO feels like an endless maze, and everyoneâs telling you to do this, do that. Itâs overwhelming. But hereâs the hard truth: If you donât get this right, nothing will happen.
It doesnât have to be crazy hard, though.
- Start simple:
Focus on on-page SEO first. Put your keyword in the title, the URL, and throughout your post (but donât spam). Itâs not about tricking Google. Itâs about telling it what your post is about. - Meta descriptions:
Donât ignore them. Itâs the first thing people see in Google. If it sucks, they wonât click. Keep it clear, use your keyword, and make it enticing. - Alt text for images:
This oneâs easy and often overlooked. Describe your images with your keyword. Helps with SEO and makes your blog more accessible.
If youâre overwhelmed, just start with these basics. Itâs a lot to absorb, but donât let it paralyze you. Do one thing at a time and keep moving forward.
3. Social Media: Is It Even Worth It?
Youâve been posting your blog on social media, but letâs be honestâdoes it feel like youâre just shouting into the void? No oneâs engaging. The likes are low. Youâre thinking, âWhatâs the point?â
Hereâs the thing: Social media is NOT an afterthought. Itâs not just about promoting your blog. Itâs about connecting with people.
- Pick 1 or 2 platforms:
Donât try to be everywhere. Pick where your people are. Instagram? Pinterest? Twitter? LinkedIn? Find your space and stick to it. - Be real:
Stop with the perfect posts. People want to see the real you. Share your struggles, your wins, the behind-the-scenes stuff. Thatâs how people connect. Donât just shove your blog in their faceâstart a conversation. - Engage:
Social media is about relationships, not just promotion. Respond to comments, reply to DMs, like other peopleâs posts. You canât expect people to care about you if youâre not showing that you care about them.
It wonât happen overnight. Social media is slow, but if you keep showing up, people will notice.
4. Whereâs the Money?
Youâve got the traffic coming in. Youâve got the blog posts. But the money? It’s just not there. Youâve been hearing about people making bank from their blogs, but right now, itâs feeling like all this effort isnât paying off.
Hereâs the truth: Making money from blogging isnât instant. So stop thinking itâll happen overnight. It takes time. And most importantly, you need to diversify how you make money.
- Affiliate marketing:
This is where the money is. You promote products that align with your audience and earn a commission when someone buys through your link. Start small, but keep building. If your blog is about tech, find tech-related products to recommend. - Ads:
Google AdSense is a start, but donât expect to retire off it. Once your traffic picks up, look into better networks like Mediavine or AdThrive for higher revenue. - Digital products:
Think eBooks, courses, guides. Once you build an audience, you can create your own products and sell them. This is where you scale. - Sponsored posts:
Once youâve got some authority, companies will approach you for sponsored content. Donât be afraid to charge what youâre worth. Your audience is valuable.
Itâs gonna take time. You might feel like youâre working and not seeing the results. But thatâs normal. Keep working, keep learning, and soon youâll find your rhythm.
5. Stuck in the Rut: Why Arenât You Moving Forward?
Youâre doing all the right thingsâwriting, optimizing, posting, engagingâand yet⊠nothingâs changing. Your traffic is flat, your earnings are stagnant, and youâre starting to wonder if itâs worth it.
Hereâs the truth: Itâs part of the process. Youâre not failing. Youâre learning.
- Analyze:
Look at whatâs working. What posts are bringing in the most traffic? Whatâs getting the most engagement? Double down on that. Donât keep doing what isnât working. - Revamp older posts:
Donât just write new content. Go back to your older posts and update them. Add more information, change the images, tweak the SEO. A little update can give your posts a second life. - Experiment:
Try new things. Test out video content. Maybe your audience responds better to videos or podcasts. Change up your content formats and see what clicks. - Donât quit.
The worst thing you can do is give up. Failure doesnât mean youâre done. It means youâre closer to getting it right. The key is to keep pushing, even when it feels like nothingâs changing.
