About Us

Want to know the real secret behind cracking the online code?

The kind that takes you from a curious teen with a free blog to advising international companies?

It’s not about fancy tools or instant success. It’s about grit, a willingness to fail spectacularly, and a journey that started for me at 13, armed with nothing but passion.

I’m Shuvadip Mondal, and I’m about to share the unfiltered truth

My Current Client Website

Here is just a example website of one month old. i am managing it for my client and the result is insane. 232k impression and 11k click from only google search + direct traffic referral traffic is also there. i have multiple client and multiple websites like this.

What if I told you I can glance at a website and, almost like an AI, instantly see its blueprint for success or failure?

It sounds like a superpower, but it was forged in years of trial, countless errors (29+ failed sites, to be exact!), and an obsession that began with a simple poetry blog at age 13. I’m Shuvadip Mondal, and this is the story of how I turned digital disconnect into digital diagnosis

Now this is my own brand website. Even with just 7 simple blog posts, I achieved it. Although I haven’t focused on it for the past 2 months, I’m still seeing results. This is called impact. SEO – Ranking Foot.

My own brand site

Hey, I’m Shuvadip Mondal. Let me take you on a journey that started back when I was 13 years old. In 2013, I created my first free WordPress site.

It wasn’t for a business or a brand—it was just me sharing my stories and poems.

At the time, I didn’t know much about how websites worked, but I knew I loved writing and I wanted to share it with the world.

Does that feeling of wanting to create something, even without knowing where it’s going, sound familiar to you? It’s how a lot of us start—passion and curiosity before anything else.

JNV and the Disconnection

But life doesn’t always follow the plan, does it? In my case, I was selected for JNV Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, a school that was far from the hustle of the digital world. It was a hostel, and tech was out of reach. No phones, no social media. The only internet access was for educational purposes- “our samsung smart lab” and even that was limited.

I went from a world of possibilities to a world of restriction. But somehow, that didn’t kill my dream. It only made me more determined.

Have you ever been in a situation where you felt cut off from your dreams? Well, this is where I learned.

The Return: A New Beginning in 2020

In 2020, when I finally came back home and had unrestricted access to the internet again, I felt a rush of excitement. All the years I’d spent without it had made me crave it even more.

I didn’t waste a second. I jumped straight back into blogging. But this time, I did things differently.

I didn’t just start with a free WordPress site again. No, I went further. I bought a cheap .xyz domain for $1, set up a Blogger site, and got to work—using my phone. That’s right, I did everything—coding, customizing themes—on just a mobile device.

Here’s the question: How many of us wait for the perfect setup before starting something? But what if we just went ahead and started anyway?

You see, that’s what I did. No fancy tools. Just my phone, the internet, and a willingness to learn.

The Struggle: Learning, Failing, and Pushing Through

Let’s be honest—things weren’t smooth from the start. I failed. A lot.

Back then, there were no YouTube tutorials like today. It was just forums and articles. I spent hours reading, experimenting, failing, and starting over.

I began buying more domains—.in, .com, .org—and experimenting with every niche I could think of: entertainment, news, health, tech, finance etc. I put in the hours, learned from my mistakes, and kept going.

But here’s the kicker: even though I was getting millions of visitors, the money wasn’t coming in. Why? Because the niches I picked—movies, entertainment—weren’t the right ones for me.

Have you ever felt like you’re putting in all this work, but you’re not seeing the results you expected? I felt that. And that’s when I knew I had to make a change.

Shifting Focus in 2021

In 2021, I made a tough decision.

I had to let go of the entertainment and movie niches. It wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. I had to start over again, but this time, with a more focused approach.

I dived into the tech, finance, and business niches. These were areas that not only had an audience but were more aligned with what I wanted to achieve. And guess what? This time, the traffic wasn’t just growing—it was converting into earnings.

Have you ever had to let go of something that wasn’t working, even though you’d invested so much into it? It’s a hard decision, but sometimes, it’s the best thing you can do.

Building My Brand: Helpingboy.in and The Personal Brand Journey

In 2022, I took another big leap. I wanted to build something bigger than just websites—I wanted to build a personal brand. So, I bought my own domain: helpingboy.in.

I know what you’re probably thinking: “Why a personal brand? Isn’t it easier just to focus on the websites?”

And here’s my answer: Your personal brand is the story people connect with. It’s not just about the traffic or the money—it’s about building something meaningful that resonates with others like this, SHUVADIPMONDAL.COM

I also started YouTube in 2021. Why?

Because the results were there. The traffic was coming in, and it made sense to explore other platforms.

By 2022, I was getting traffic in the lakh range, and finally, the earnings were consistent. It wasn’t just about the numbers anymore. It was about creating something sustainable.

The Real Turning Point: My Own Domain and Real Results

By 2023, I had my own personal website: shuvadipmondal.com. That was when everything clicked.

No more playing small. I had built my personal brand, worked with multiple international companies, and ranked websites internationally.

But, like I said before, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. I worked with over 29+ websites, and many of them failed. But I didn’t see them as failures—I saw them as lessons. Some of them were my mistakes, and others just didn’t work out, but each one of them shaped me into who I am today.

I also built a small team—three people who share the same passion and vision. Together, we now work with top-notch companies in the UK and India.

The AI Mindset: A New Level of Understanding

Now, let me tell you something that might blow your mind. By 2023, I reached a level where I could look at a website and instantly understand what worked and what didn’t. I could see the SEO, the content strategy, the potential for ranking—it was like my mind became a machine. An AI-like understanding of websites.

I know, it sounds crazy. But when you spend years immersed in something, you start to see patterns that others might miss. Today, I can almost predict the success of a website just by looking at it.

What I’ve Learned: Persistence, Patience, and Belief

If you’ve stuck with me this far, you might be wondering: “What’s the secret?”

Well, let me tell you. It’s not about being the smartest or the most talented—it’s about being relentless. It’s about having the persistence to keep going when everyone else gives up.

I’ve learned that failure isn’t something to fear. It’s a teacher. The journey isn’t linear—it’s messy, full of ups and downs. But that’s what makes it worth it.

I’m still learning. I’m still growing. And if you’re reading this, I want you to know that you can do it too. Whatever your dream is, whatever your passion is—keep going. Don’t quit. Because if I can get here, so can you.

The Real Deal About Blogging, SEO, and Earning Online

You’re here because you want to make something out of your blog, but things aren’t going the way you hoped. Maybe your traffic’s low. Maybe you’re seeing no money. Maybe you feel like you’re spinning your wheels, and it’s getting frustrating.

Guess what? You’re not alone. This journey? It’s tough. I know. But if you’re willing to stick with it and be real about the work, you’ll see it pay off. Let’s talk.

1. The Traffic Struggle: What the Hell Is Going Wrong?

You’ve written post after post, but when you look at your stats, it’s like you’re invisible. What’s happening?

Here’s the truth: SEO—if you’re not doing this right, your blog is just… a really nice, empty space on the internet. It’s not enough to write great posts. You need to make sure people can find them.

Here’s how you fix that:

  • Keyword research:
You need to know what people are searching for. Simple as that. Find keywords that match what you’re writing about. Don’t just aim for the big, broad terms—those are way too competitive. Find long-tail keywords (think “how to start a blog in 2023” vs. “blogging”). They’re easier to rank for and bring in targeted traffic.
  • Write for your audience, not search engines:
Yeah, SEO is important, but don’t stuff your post with keywords just for the sake of it. Write for people. Solve problems. That’s what gets clicks. That’s what gets you noticed. Don’t overthink it.

SEO isn’t magic. It’s about building up value and slowly climbing that mountain. You’re not going to rank overnight. But every post you do right, every keyword you nail, gets you closer.

2. SEO Overload: Why’s It So Complicated?

I get it. SEO feels like an endless maze, and everyone’s telling you to do this, do that. It’s overwhelming. But here’s the hard truth: If you don’t get this right, nothing will happen.

It doesn’t have to be crazy hard, though.

  • Start simple:
Focus on on-page SEO first. Put your keyword in the title, the URL, and throughout your post (but don’t spam). It’s not about tricking Google. It’s about telling it what your post is about.
  • Meta descriptions:
Don’t ignore them. It’s the first thing people see in Google. If it sucks, they won’t click. Keep it clear, use your keyword, and make it enticing.
  • Alt text for images:
This one’s easy and often overlooked. Describe your images with your keyword. Helps with SEO and makes your blog more accessible.

If you’re overwhelmed, just start with these basics. It’s a lot to absorb, but don’t let it paralyze you. Do one thing at a time and keep moving forward.

3. Social Media: Is It Even Worth It?

You’ve been posting your blog on social media, but let’s be honest—does it feel like you’re just shouting into the void? No one’s engaging. The likes are low. You’re thinking, “What’s the point?”

Here’s the thing: Social media is NOT an afterthought. It’s not just about promoting your blog. It’s about connecting with people.

  • Pick 1 or 2 platforms:
Don’t try to be everywhere. Pick where your people are. Instagram? Pinterest? Twitter? LinkedIn? Find your space and stick to it.
  • Be real:
Stop with the perfect posts. People want to see the real you. Share your struggles, your wins, the behind-the-scenes stuff. That’s how people connect. Don’t just shove your blog in their face—start a conversation.
  • Engage:
Social media is about relationships, not just promotion. Respond to comments, reply to DMs, like other people’s posts. You can’t expect people to care about you if you’re not showing that you care about them.

It won’t happen overnight. Social media is slow, but if you keep showing up, people will notice.

4. Where’s the Money?

You’ve got the traffic coming in. You’ve got the blog posts. But the money? It’s just not there. You’ve been hearing about people making bank from their blogs, but right now, it’s feeling like all this effort isn’t paying off.

Here’s the truth: Making money from blogging isn’t instant. So stop thinking it’ll happen overnight. It takes time. And most importantly, you need to diversify how you make money.

  • Affiliate marketing:
This is where the money is. You promote products that align with your audience and earn a commission when someone buys through your link. Start small, but keep building. If your blog is about tech, find tech-related products to recommend.
  • Ads:
Google AdSense is a start, but don’t expect to retire off it. Once your traffic picks up, look into better networks like Mediavine or AdThrive for higher revenue.
  • Digital products:
Think eBooks, courses, guides. Once you build an audience, you can create your own products and sell them. This is where you scale.
  • Sponsored posts:
Once you’ve got some authority, companies will approach you for sponsored content. Don’t be afraid to charge what you’re worth. Your audience is valuable.

It’s gonna take time. You might feel like you’re working and not seeing the results. But that’s normal. Keep working, keep learning, and soon you’ll find your rhythm.

5. Stuck in the Rut: Why Aren’t You Moving Forward?

You’re doing all the right things—writing, optimizing, posting, engaging—and yet… nothing’s changing. Your traffic is flat, your earnings are stagnant, and you’re starting to wonder if it’s worth it.

Here’s the truth: It’s part of the process. You’re not failing. You’re learning.

  • Analyze:
Look at what’s working. What posts are bringing in the most traffic? What’s getting the most engagement? Double down on that. Don’t keep doing what isn’t working.
  • Revamp older posts:
Don’t just write new content. Go back to your older posts and update them. Add more information, change the images, tweak the SEO. A little update can give your posts a second life.
  • Experiment:
Try new things. Test out video content. Maybe your audience responds better to videos or podcasts. Change up your content formats and see what clicks.
  • Don’t quit.
The worst thing you can do is give up. Failure doesn’t mean you’re done. It means you’re closer to getting it right. The key is to keep pushing, even when it feels like nothing’s changing.
